Deleting a wallet from the device irreversibly removes HBVNK's local encrypted wallet data from that device. It does not erase a public blockchain, cancel protocol positions, withdraw assets, revoke third-party approvals, or delete data independently held by MoonPay or another provider. Back up the seed phrase before deletion if you may need the wallet again. HBVNK LLC cannot recover it.
For a wallet accessed through email, Google, or Apple, removing it from HBVNK deletes its local wallet record and does not delete your Privy account, linked identity-provider accounts, or blockchain assets. Keep a working linked access method or export the private key before requesting provider-account deletion. Email privacy@hbvnk.com from an address where we can respond. Identify the relevant public wallet address, support ticket, device/session context, and jurisdiction without sending a seed phrase or private key. We may request proportionate verification, such as a non-authorizing wallet signature.
We delete or de-identify eligible support, diagnostics, session, notification installation/token, campaign-delivery, and profile records. Disabling notifications in device settings stops future display; opening the app can also refresh or disable the server registration. Push delivery detail is normally removed after 30 days and inactive installations after 90 days. Fiat purchase records may include preflight information, contact details, MoonPay transaction references, requested amounts, networks, provider statuses, settlement evidence, and legal acceptance versions needed to operate the service or establish compliance. We cannot delete public-chain data or records held independently by MoonPay or another provider; request deletion from that provider through its own process. MoonPay may retain payment and identity-verification data when required by its policies or law. We may retain limited legal acceptance, fraud/security, sanctions, tax/accounting, dispute, backup, and audit records where law or legitimate security and legal-claims needs require it; retained data is restricted to those purposes and removed when the basis ends.
