Wallet creation, import, unlock, recovery, export, receive, and send are self-custodial functions and are not conditioned on eligibility for Perps or On-ramp. Protocol or network outages can still affect them.
New or increased Perps exposure is restricted for users located in or ordinarily resident in the United States (US), United Kingdom (GB), Belgium (BE), and Ontario, Canada (CA-ON), and wherever prohibited by applicable sanctions or law. HBVNK maintains sanctions controls and can update policy when law, provider requirements, or risk changes. This list is a product control, not legal advice or a representation that use elsewhere is lawful.
"Exit only" means no new or increased perpetual exposure. Spot, reduce-only close, order cancellation, position reads, and available Hyperliquid collateral withdrawal remain accessible where technically possible. A restriction never transfers private keys or funds to HBVNK LLC.
MoonPay is the current fiat purchase provider available through HBVNK. HBVNK performs preflight eligibility checks and presents the supported purchase options and status screens. MoonPay determines its live availability, limits, quote, payment methods, approval, payment processing, delivery, and any identity or other verification it requires. Eligibility, verification requirements, payment methods, and settlement can vary by location, transaction, device, and live provider configuration. No particular payment method or purchase outcome is guaranteed.
